Thank You, Winter!

Because I am an immigrant to Michigan and have never been a fan of Michigan winters, I feel I should acknowledge my love for the winter we have had thus far!

I love the warmer temps and no snow (please don't hate me!). I even love the multiple shades of brown found in a landscape devoid of snow!

I know snow is on the way. Snow is beautiful. I can't deny that!

But for today, let me indulge myself in subtle shades of brown, streaks of green and relative warmth.

I will do my best to let you indulge in freezing temps, treacherous snow and hazardous driving conditions without complaint in the days to come!
